Over the past months, DRYAD has been working on the development of the new AgroAquae Geographic Data Management System (GDMS) a modern platform designed to support better monitoring and management of water and environmental resources.
Using the existing majisys system as a foundation, we are developing an updated and more user‑friendly version tailored specifically to the needs of the DRYAD project. The platform will play a key role in monitoring critical parameters across the Pilot Demonstration Areas (PDAs) in each of the DRYAD’s regions.
The latest updates introduce significant improvements aimed at usability, performance, and data integration:
- A refreshed, DRYAD‑branded interface that improves usability and offers a more user-friendly experience
- Near real-time data transmission from field sensors, enabling faster and more responsive monitoring
- Integration of historical datasets, allowing combined analysis of past and current data
- Enhanced dashboards, providing clearer insights for monitoring and decision‑making
These improvements mark important steps toward the project’s broader goal of establishing a robust and intelligent data management system. As development continues, we look forward to introducing additional capabilities and sharing further progress with the community.
